Operation Eyesight is a Canada-based international development organization working to prevent blindness and restore sight in South Asia and Africa. Since 1963, they’ve been providing much-needed eye care services in India, which has the largest blind population in the world. They partner with local hospitals, helping them reach and treat as many people as possible. Those who can’t afford to pay are treated free of charge.
